1. Delivery Coverage
We provide All-India Express Shipping across all serviceable pin codes via premier couriers including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and ExpressBees.
2. Dispatch Timeline
- Orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched from our Delhi boutique studio within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving the order.
- Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Delhi NCR & Northern Metros: 2 to 4 business days
- Major Metros (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of India & Remote Locations: 5 to 7 business days
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will automatically receive an SMS and email with your AWB tracking number and a live courier tracking link. You can also connect with our WhatsApp support for live status updates.
5. Packaging & Safety
All suit sets are packaged in moisture-proof, secure tamper-evident outer packaging to ensure safe transit in all weather conditions.
6. Undelivered / RTO Parcels
Please ensure complete shipping details including landmarks and active phone numbers. Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning to origin.
